I'm looking for information about my grandfather. I don't know much about him, but is what I do know:

Name: L Yates No known first name was known as "Uncle L"
Place of birth: Mississippi
Forrest or Perry County
Died: 1904-1910 estimated
Had three marriages and families. My father was the youngest of the 3rd marriage. His name is Charlie Harper Yates, born in Lux, Mississippi in 1901. My brother, Billy Raymond Yates of Pearl, MS found his name on a web site but can't remember which one but connected with the Rankin County Civil War Cemetery website.
