Pension for Enoch D. Diffee

When did former Confederate soldiers in Mississippi begin drawing pensions after the War? Enoch D. Diffee served in Company D, 2nd Mississippi Cavalry. He died May 2, 1885 and is buried in Cypress Valley Cemetery, Faulkner County, Arkansas. I am trying to find out if he drew a Confederate pension. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
