Good question, David. I personally have six or seven books, newspaper copies and other things that cover the 2/2/63 Yazoo Pass mine explosion. All they talk about is everything you can imagine - from a military perspective. The OR certainly has nothing I can find concerning the impact of farmers, etc. as a result of the levee breach. I have a hunch you're going to have to contact one of the local libraries or museums in Holmes County.
