Alan,

Can you believe I have never found him in any census record anywhere? That is why it took me 27 years to find him, and I found him in the Civil War Records. I have found his family in GA, and after they moved to MS but, for some reason he is not listed. I have searched every census in the states of MS and GA, many of them line by line and have not found him. I found his wife and four children in Lauderdale County, MS in 1860, and also found her after her remarriage in the 1880 census. The reason I know I have the right female is because my grandfather was living in the household at the time. This has been some complicated puzzle to solve.

I have checked every imaginable spelling and came up with nothing.

What else can I do?

Mozelle
