Hugh,

Could you do me a favor and keep this in mind during your travels and research in the area of Fort Pillow and nearby cemeteries?

My great great uncle Duncan McQuagge/McQuaigge was last heard from in a letter to his father on April 10, 1862 from Fort Pillow. There is a family rumor that he got sick and had to drop out of line after his unit left Fort Pillow in June 1862. He was never heard from again.

Thanks in advance,

Duncan
