Have gotten the service record for Joel A McPherson 37th MS Company C and I think this is my guy. EXCEPT it has his age as 16 and I believe that he should have been around 33. My guy was one of the 5 sons of Lorenzo Dow McPherson who served and 2 of same who died in the WAR He was from Wayne Co MS. What can I do to find out if this was an error.
