Great-Grandfathers Pension

My Great-Grand Father Branch Peters was a body servant with the 12th Mississippi Calvary, Saunders Battalion unit that
came out of Monroe County, Missisippi. I belive that he served with the unit from 1863-1865. Several years ago i found in a book that listed his name and the name of a number of people receiving Confederate pension in Monroe county,Mississipi. The book listed all the persons who received Confederate Pensions for the years 1902-1904.
I belive this book has been lost because the last two times i have looked for that book i cannot find it and
no one who works at the Records building in downtown Abeerdean seeme to know what happend to it. my question is this:
where can i find a list of all the people who received confederate pensions in Monroe County, Mississippi in the
time frame 19000-1912. I espacally want to find a list of Confederate Body Servants that received Confederate pensions in Monroe in that time period. Is there a way to find a list online or do i have to go to Jackson, Ms to
look up a list of confederate pensioners? Any answers would be appreaceted.
