Grandfathers in the Civil War

Hi my grandfather and at least one of his brothers were in the Jeff Davis Reg 7th co.D Sharpshooters Miss. Volunteers. Their names were George W. Slade and Samuel Slade. I know this because of a book that one of our cousins put together in 1975. His name is Leonard Slade Sr. Would like to know if their is any pics of them or writings from them. I love history and I have been researching my family for about a year now. Have a letter from Samuel written to his sister dated June 12th 1863. He advised her to write him using the following address. Shelbyville, Tn. 7th Batt. Mississippi Sharp Shaooters, Care Captain T.W. Bicham C.O.C Anderson's Brigade. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.
