Good point. Sorry for the misunderstanding. My Father was the one who had told me that story about "Colonel Sutton's Last Raid." He also told me a story once, that Major-General John Fulton Reynolds was my great-Grandfather's Uncle. My Father said that his Grandfather told him that his mother's name was Frances Reynolds, and she was a sister to John. My Father was very surprised when I put that story to rest. John F. Reynolds had two brothers and 3 sisters (I think) and going back two generations I could not find a connection to a Worrell (my maiden name) at all. What I found was that my Fathers Grandfather was a short-story writer for the Baltimore Sun and he wrote under the pen name of . . . Frances Reynolds . . . lol. I am now believing that this story of "Colonel Sutton" being our Lemuel Sutton has very little validity. Thank you for the correction . . .
