Thank you for the information on photography. You brought out an interesting point that I had not considered. One must stand still for a photo shoot. My favorite website of Civil War pictures is: Orignial Photographs from the Civil War. There are several photos within the website that could work. The one that has always caught my eye has no caption under it. All it says is: Confederate dead near the Dunker Church at Antietam (Sharpsburg), MD. Keeping in mind that he was born in the state of Maryland . . . I do realize that I may never know. Some day I hope to return to Holly Springs, Marshall county, MS and do some real "leg" work. The first time that I was there, I just didn't allow myself enough time to go through everything in the Court House. During the 1860's, Lemuel was living in Coldwater, Tate county, MS. Maybe their new Library might yield some genealogical information ie: Church records, School records, maybe even a Diary would be helpful. Thank you again for your help . . .
