Re: 7th Miss. Letter, diary and newspaper

George, do have a list of what the file contains. There is a complete file on Cato at the Miss. Archives (letters, Company Muster for Co. E 7th Miss.). There are also many of his letters, but not all of his letters. We have copies of his original letters held by three different family members that cover his full war time record until his death at Harrisburg in July 1864. Also in these papers are poetry and a militia list for Franklin County that he must have kept from his time at the Camp of Instruction at Brookhaven, Mississippi enlisting Conscripts.
If there is any way we can get a list of the contents of the file at Carlisle to compare to our list, it would be appreciated.
