Jamie, We won't know what Carlisle Barracks has until we check. I do know that we have a family collection from Jim Steele that he says has never been published. It also included many of the letters that the MDAH had in its collection. I also know that we have a letter from Kevin Fuchs that was not part of either collection. I will try to contact Carlisle today or tomorrow to see if they have a list.
I believe the Cooper prose and poetry are fantastic and I have been assured by Chuck McMains from the beginning of the original website that the family wants them published as long as we properly give credit to the family. Remember we remind all who send materials to me or the website that we plan to post and publish cited information giving credit to the sources.
