Jim, I had an uncle in this regiment , Alex Griffing, I believe in Co. E. The Griffing's were in Bolivar County, Warren, Adams, Jeff Davis Counties. This is from memory. I believe I have a copy of his records, but will have to look through my stack of stuff. email me directly as a reminder.
