Looking for information on Benjamin W. Beard, 46th Miss. infantry, Co. G. Born 15, 1834, Died May 29, 1863. Joined Mar. 17, 1862 in Trenton. The Muster Roll shows he died at Vicksburg Hosp. Where was he buried? A family member had a tombstone put up at Liberty Cemetery in Smith Co. but he was not buried there.
