I'm not familiar with the Hartfields. They aren't in the 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 9th Battn. SS, 41st or 44th Miss. That is my main focus, the Mississippi "High Pressure Brigade". Any connection to those units would be helpful in my research. Men of Deas' Alabama Brigade, Manigault's Brigade-South Carolina & Alabama Regiments, Walthall's (Brantley's) Mississippi Brigade, and Garrity's Alabama Artillery Battery, were all part of Hindman's, Brown's, Anderson's Divisions at one time or another and were usually near the "High Pressure Brigade" in battle and on the march.
