Re: 32nd Mississippi at Battle of Murfreesboro

Additional evidence of the 32nd Mississippi's participation at some level during the Battle of Murfreesboro comes from following document that lists a soldier who was a member of Co. I of the 32nd:

"CAPTURED CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS
FROM THE BATTLE OF MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE
WHO DIED AS PRISONERS OF WAR
DURING JANURARY, 1863"

NAME /RANK/ AGE CO......UNIT............DATE

L. F. Reeves [Pvt.] I 32nd Mississippi Jan. 7, 1863

I have recently discovered a library source that lists a large collection of letters by a member of the 32nd Miss. that may shed more light on the regiment's activities, especially during the Murfreesboro campaign.
