Brian Brown And “Fort Henry and Fort Donelson”

Brian Brown, has been a member of the Civil War Roundtable of Arkansas having served as president several times and is the current secretary/treasurer. Brian was born in Little Rock and in 1984 graduated from Southwestern College in Memphis (now Rhodes College). After graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Little Rock in 1988, Brain joined the Laser Law Firm, becoming a partner in 2000. Brain is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Count and the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as all state and federal courts in Arkansas. Brian speaks Spanish and Russian and has published a book on the Civil War.

Brian will be the speaker at the newly formed Grand Prairie Civil War Roundtable at the Lonoke Museum in downtown Lonoke, Hwy 70, on Tuesday, June 8th.
His talk will be on the battles at Fort Henry and Fort Donelson. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.
The welcome mat is out so the public is invited to attend this free lecture.
While this is happening in Arkansas, I thought maybe some folks who read the Mississippi board might be interested in attending.
