When I found Moses and John in the same Regiment, and with neighbors, I said this has got to be them.

Moses Foster, He enlisted at Sarepta, Calhoun County ( YES ,I see they Both enlisted in Sarepta. and on the same Date, Thats Good ) He was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama,( YES Thats Good ),residence was Pittsboro(YES),discharged because of illness.( YES He is on the 1870 census but not on the 1880 Calhoun Census, his wife is a Widow in 1880 with two kids, William and Thomas ).

He enlisted at Pittsboro, Calhoun County, Mississippi on November 25, 1861. He was wounded at Fort Donelson on February 15, 1862 and was never heard from again. His wife was Mary Foster of Pittsboro, Calhoun County, Mississippi.
