Can you tell what units fought in Gettysburg, I know General Barksdale was killed at Gettysburg. My son's Senior Project is helping preserve Gettysburg and we found several family members who fought at Gettysburg on both sides. For his graduation present we are planning to visit Andersonville, Franklin TN, Kennesaw Mountain, and Vicksburg so he can see where his family fought and died.
