James Doster (Doss) Williamson age 18 and his brother John Newton Williamson age 15 came by train from NC to MS to enlist for the war. Have never found them in any MS records. They settled in/around Madison, Leake, Attala counties area and are buried there. They married and had children in MS. Need Civil War records for these soldiers. John got a musket ball in his ankle...he was so young he was drummer boy. HELP, any information or direction appreciated. Thank you for your kindness. ZHC
