I have found that Marion J. Hendricks was in the 27th Mississippi Infantry Co. K from the soldiers and sailers site. At footnote.com they have his service record but it is just the front cover and nothing else. Does anybody out there have any record of him and his years of service.

He was born around 1834 to John and Joanah Hendricks in Monroe Co. Mississippi, married Mary E. Wise in 1863. In the 1870's he had removed to the Indian Territory where his two boys (Andrew Jackson Hendricks and Augustus W. Hendricks) were born in 1875 & 1876. His death date is unknown.
