Can anyone verify if the above was a confederate soldier who lived in Carthage, Leake County, Mississippi? There are 3-4 J.M., James M. and James Marion Lees shown on the records as confederate soldiers in Mississippi units. I really appreciate anyone that can help on this. Lynn
