I am seeking contact information on who I might speak with about a soldier buried at the Texas Confederate Cemetery in Quitman MS.

I have evidence that a soldier listed on the rolls of those buried at the cemetery, T.H. Spochlar, 7th KY. is actually my ancestor,

Thomas Henry (T.H.) Shochlar, 7th TX..

National Archive records list Thomas Shochlar as Died Quitman Hospital, November 1863, cause not shown.

I can find no record of a T.H. Spochlar as having been on the rolls of the 7th KY, died at Quitman or that such a person ever existed.

I would appreciate any assistance in correcting what I believe to be an oversight and placing the correct name and unit on the Honored Roll of those interred at Quitman.
