A note for Chip Culpepper: In your 29 Dec 10 post you list my wife's gg grandfather G. W. Lee (Co. C) under the severely wounded. He lost his right arm at the shoulder due to a wound rec'd at Vicksburg. We have his cards and burial site, etc. but we don't know a lot about the 37th AL and I see you have spent a good deal of time researching this unit. Do you have any type of write up or suggestions for sources of information? I have been on their web site.
