Thanks to all who have replied or who are reading. I've tried to capture some of the details on the document. Some of it is difficult to decipher, but my attempt is below. You'll see question marks by the words I'm unsure of. I welcome all comments about this piece. Per the suggestion of Ken L. I've emailed the Mississippi Archives to see it they'd like to have it. I find it particulary interesting that I'm viewing this document nearly 146 years to the day it was signed. Thanks, all! JAC
