Compatriot James: The old paper applications are no longer accepted (or no longer preferred). You have to go online and print your own applications out. Go to http://www.va.gov/vaforms/va/pdf/VA40-1330.pdf and print out as many applications as you want. It takes a minute or two for the site to load, but then you can print out all the applications you want. I just went to the site (at the address above) and printed out a sample application. Please go to the referenced site (http://www.va.gov/vaforms/va/pdf/VA40-1330.pdf) and print out your applications. This is a perfectly safe site. Please, too, let me know that you have been successful in printing them out, as I want those Confederate Patriots' graves marked!
