My ancestor (Marion J. Hendricks) enlisted on October 19, 1861 and mustered into the 5th battalion of the Mississippi Infantry. Muster rolls show him there until February 1862 when the company was transferred to Company K in the 27th Regiment in March of 1862. He is listed on these muster rolls till April of 1863.

When he applied for a Confederate Pension in Scott Co. Arkansas he stated that he enlisted September 1, 1862 in Co. K 27th Regiment, and that on the 19th or 20th day of September 1863 he was wounded at the battle of Chicamonga, Tenn.

My question is: the muster rolls stop in April of 1863 and evidently he was still in the army in September to get wounded. Are there any other muster rolls out there or discharge papers that might show him later. The ones I've looked at come from footnote.

Any info on him would be deeply appreciated.
