Chickasawahy River

I need some information about skirmish at Chickasawhay River which was near McLeod’s Mill which is located in Green County ,Miss . This occur on Dec. 10,1864. I think this is near Vernal. The forces in this event was 2nd Veteran Cavalry with detachment of the 11th New York (Scott’s 900 ).They encountered McCulloch’s Cavalry Brigade.
In this action 1st Lt. Alberta Westinghouse was killed in action and buried in this area location unknown. This is the research I am doing on Gen. Davidson’s expedition against the Mobile and Ohio Railroad. I also know on River Road there are two unmarked graves for as identify. They read as one unknown Confederate soldier and one Union soldier. I have directions but have not been there. So anyone has any more information it would be helpful . I have nearly a full account of this expedition day by day. Thanks, Ed Miller.
