Boutwell, Towner B. MS 46th Inf. Co.A Sgt. was my 3rd great grandfather. He an 3 brothers alfred an daniel enlisted in waynesboro MS. towner died in 1880 according to some ancestry.com trees. but i do not see him listed on the MS confederate graves registry with his brothers, an have yet to locate his grave. any info on his gravesite, an war record would be apreciated. The folks on this site have been very helpful to me in tracking down my confederate ancestry, especially Mr Alan Pitts. seems i have about a dozen who served in the war to save the republic.
