Could someone please look up F. M. Polk and see if there is a Miss. State Pension and/or burial in State Cemetery. I only found his record on Fold-3 and can locate nothing after Aug. 1863. Appreciate someone with the INDEX looking up to see if available and listing the info that is needed to request copy. Didn't find an Index on State Archives site....
