Andrew Jackson was a Private in Company K of the 43rd Mississippi Infantry. He was killed at the Siege of Vicksburg on 11June of 1863. We have no idea where he may be buried.
William Thornton was a 2nd Lieutenant in the 3rd Mississippi Cavalry. He survived the conflict.
