Do yall see a birthdate for Ball, John Private Private D 9th Regiment, MS Cavalry I am trying to figure out which John Ball we have. On an earlier post way back on this subject yall sent me 2. Jonathan ball 36th ALA co I and the second was John J Ball 5th ALA which we have ruled out.

I was looking through http://msahgp.genealogyvillage.com/MSMilitary/mississippi-cavalry1.html when i saw John Ball 9th Ms cav. I believe John Ball 36th ALa Co E on MCGR and other sites may be John Ball 9th MS cav who is burried on the george county line around a bunch of other 9th MS cav soldiers. Most 36th AL Co I we have are burried near State Line.
