Surely Dunbar Rowland found this project far too difficult to complete. It would be awesome to find out if he even started it.

If he did complete it, there isn't a copy in the libraries at Tupelo, New Albany, or Senatobia. I haven't looked for CW stuff in the Hernando library, haven't been there in decades.

Hmmm....if the bill was passed, wonder if it is still valid. It wouldn't be anywhere near as difficult a task today as it would have 100 years ago.
