Orr for 3 years, recorded Sept. 1 as 3rd Lieutenant, tenders resignation on account of ill health Nov. 20, 1862 at Camp Rust, endorsed by Surgeon M. Blacwell [illegible]** recorded absent, on sick leave, November 30, 1862, resignation accepted January 5, 1863
