I believe Richard Bradley Jewett, Sr., buried Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah; was the brother of my Mrs. Eliza Yonge Jewett Wooten/Wootten, second wife of Wilmington, N.C., Epis. Rev. Edward Wooten/Wootten, Sgt. & Lt. CSA (N.C. cavalry from Pitt Co., N.C.). Her parents were Bank of Wilmington (N.C.) Stephen Jewett, IV, and second wife, Mrs. Lucy Anna Bradley, daughter of Bank of Cape Fear. Richard Bradley, Jr., and second wife, Eliza Claudia Yonge; the daughter of Capt. Philip Yonge, Loyalist, H.M. Surveyor-General of Georgia; the son of Loyalist, the Hon. Henry Yonge, Sr., H.M. Surveyor-General of Georgia, who's Skidaway Island summer home was "Orangedale"; today's site of "The Landings". Philip wed Christian Mackenzie, the daughter of Capt. William Mackenzie, in 1775, H.M. Comptroller and Collector of Customs, Sunbury, Georgia. Jim Southport, North Carolina.
