cemetery with Confederate veterans

Dear Sirs,

I live in a new development in Wilmington, North Carolina that has about 15-20 graves. I was told by the Homeowners association that these graves will be relocated and new homes built on the lots where the graves are. I rode my bicycle by this area and noticed that there are two grave stones that are newer and state they are CSA veterans. Does anybody have any advice on whom should be notified if these graves are indeed relocated? I believe that SCV keeps track of where Confederate veterans are buried. I thought at a minimum they should be notified so they can update their records. The veterans are James H. Southerland of the 51st North Carolina Infantry, Company C and the other is James R. King of the 3rd North Carolina. Both these guys are buried on this development.

Thanks,

Tony
