--Captain George M. G. Albright, Co. F, 53rd North Carolina died 16 July 1863 at the US General Hospital in Frederick and was buried in grave 204 (source: Greg Coco's, Gettysburg's Confederate Dead). Albright was wounded at Gettysburg and afterwards had a limb amputated; he died on the third day following this operation (source: Dr. Henry E. Shepherd, Recollections of Frederick, Maryland, Confederate Veteran vol. 27, p. 167. Shepherd writes of a visit to Mount Olivet after the war and recalled his last moments with Capt. Albright. Also mentioned is Captain Lane of the 4th Georgia.)
--Private Henry D. Gossett, Co. D, 53rd North Carolina, died 6/7 July 1863 at US General Hospital in Frederick and buried in grave 202 (source: Coco's book). Gossett was a casualty of Gettysburg.
--Private Lewis Griggs, Co. K, 43rd North Carolina, died 23 July 1863 at US General Hospital in Frederick and buried in grave 205 (source: Coco's book). Griggs had been wounded at Gettysburg; he had enlisted on 25 February 1862 in Anson county (source: Roster of NC troops, vol. III, J. W. Moore).
--Private James M. Royster, Co. C, 47th North Carolina, died 29 July 1863, probably at US General Hospital in Frederick and was buried in grave 209 (source: Coco's book). Royster was another casualty of Gettysburg.
--Private Henry H. West, Co. A, 3rd North Carolina, died 6 July 1863 at US General Hospital in Frederick and buried in grave 201 (source: Coco's book). West was also a Gettysburg casualty.
