12 Apr 1865 Action at Swift Creek

Does anyone know the exact or approximate location where the action at Swift Creek took place on 12 Apr 1865. Swift Creek is approximately ten miles south of Raleigh. Cavalrymen of Cobb's Legion (GA), Phillips' Legion (GA) and the Jeff Davis Legion (MS) fought against the 92nd Illinois Mounted Infantry here as the men of the 92nd were crossing Swift Creek. My great-great grandfather, Lt. Tom Dunnahoo of Cobb's Legion Cavalry, was killed during this engagement. He was buried in Raleigh - first at City Cemetery and in 1867 his grave was relocated to the Confederate soldier section of Oakwood Cemetery. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
