I presume you are aware that some of his letters are available in the Nathan R. Frazier Papers in the manuscript collections at East Carolina University. Also there are a few letters from William Clark Ousby from that regiment in North Carolina State Archives. Other letters from the regiment include the John C. Hackett Papers at Duke.
