Identified images of Confederate soldiers are quite rare. It can take quite a bit of time and effort to collect a handful (three or four) for any given regiment. Considering that more than two thousand officers and men belonged to the average regiment during the course of its history, that's not many.

Most identified images will be found in museums and state archival collections. The rest that survive are largely in private hands.
