Re: NC Casualties at Bristoe Station, Virginia

According to records in the NC State Archives, my great-great uncle, Warren M. Edwards, 44th Regiment, Co. I, died 10-15-1863. I am trying to find out if he died as a result of wounds suffered during the Battle of Bristoe Station on 10-14-1863. Any information would be appreciated.
