dear fellow civil war historians,

i teach in ohio, civil war history. i have been involved with civil war history and research for many of my fifty years, and just stumbled on a north carolina soldier that shares my name. william sell of the forty fifth, co k. i tried to find what i could, they were at gettysburg, cold harbor, etc. but i would like to find more about private sell, and just couldn't.

any suggestions??
