I am assuming that my GGG Grandfather, Henry Wade Byrd (Bird) is buried in the confederate cemetary in Va. or the one in Orange, that has no lists of names. Would his military records tell where he is buried, or list his parents? In responce to Manassas's reply to Jean Colley (my aunt) why would his wife's widow pension state he died at Bristoe?Did they just guess at the place of death? Would like to know your comments.
