Re: NC Casualties at Bristoe Station, Virginia

There will be an AFTERMATH OF BATTLE historical event at the Bristoe Station Battlefield Park this weekend Saturday Oct 14 from 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday Oct 15 from 11 am to 3 pm. The focus apparently is on the casualties rather than the battle itself. I will try to go there this weekend and see what I can learn about NC casualties and post it here.

For those North Carolinians who want to go there, it is 2 miles south of Manassas City. If you are coming from the south on Route 28 turn right (east) onto Bristow Road and after several hundred yards turn right into the ugly new subdivision. Parking will be available on Iron Brigade Unit Drive. The park stretches east from the subdivision to the railroad tracks.
