After a couple of days of thinking about this question, I am struck about something. Why are we worried about "legality"?

I mean doesn't the Federal example of disregarding the Constitution during the War Between the States demonstrate the principal that "Might makes Right".

If that is the case then there is no need to question the legality of any matter because mob rule (even a Federal Army) superceeds the Law.
