Re: What is a galvanized soldier?

"THE LAW isn't always right"

In our society and the society of the 1800's a law is said to be created by the people. It is an act that is "socialy unacceptable". Now as you say "maybe the law isn't always right", then you are correctly saying in my opinion the people aren't always right. But after twenty years of serving the people enforcing those laws I have not truly found the people wrong. Except when it comes to seatbelts and I see that law wrong, forcing me to wear them when I am not hurting anyone until I have a wreck and then only myself. Now don't get me wrong, I wear my seat belt because it is a necessary evil, but it's because I want to not because I am forced to.

So to repeat, laws are created by the people and very few laws created have been wrong. Look at slavery, it was outlawed, there are people today that see this law was right even though it forced others to release said slaves and consequently loose money.
