Jim, FYI... When my Dad's sister passed away back a few weeks ago she willed me great-grandpa John Roberts's diaries. Of course I hated to see her pass and miss her greatly, trust me, just ask Virgil, but I thought things couldn't get as exciting as that again but then Danny Chadrick shows up and made me nearly have another heart attack when he told me about this pic. Danny also has in his possesion the bayonet Richard Chaddick carried home from the war. I can't wait to see that. Next time Danny comes this way I'm gonna hit him up to bring it with him and I'll try and take some pics.

Danny also has Richard Chaddick's old shotgun and we still have John Roberts's shotgun. Now I know where I get the idea that a man just doesn't part with his favorite boom stick LOL!
