That is why I like and recommend the Shelby Foote books they are , in my humble opinion, totaly ubbiased.

Jefferson Davis's book is a lesson in the Consitution and actions in the Civil War, not written in today's history books. I recommend it to learn more of the Constitution of yesterday and today.
