Chase, I jumped to no conclusions other than to notice that you ducked a direct response to David's post and chose, instead, to change the subject.
At the moment, I have not the time to engage this subject and contribute my own research and am only able to follow the discussion as posted.
In trying to follow the posts, your response to David represented a disconnect, i.e., a non-response.
After reading his post, I was truly interested in how you would respond, but you chose not to respond; prefering instead, for reasons known only to yourself - to change the subject.
Perhaps that is your style in which case I have answered my own question?
