How, why and by whom do you think it is a dodge? If it is a dodge and was illegal why did the Southern States have to write it in our constitutions to be re-admitted to the Union, which according to S.P. Chase we never left? No sir it is not a dodge, it makes all the difference in the world when we have to defend our Confederate Heritage from every sort of attack you can think of day in a day out.

Let me give you a couple examples--

Stonewall High School, Texas.
Someone wanted the name "Stonewall" removed, becasue of Stonewall Jacksons "racist" past. We defended the name. Why? Not because the school was named after Stonewall Jackson but, the school was named for the old Mexican stonewalls found in the area. Can you imagine the word "stonewall" being labled racist?

Jeff Davis Campus, Miss.
Someone took a Jefferson Davis quote and changed the word "servant" to "slave." This was done to remove the name of Jefferson Davis from a School campus. Brer Boz, I belive it was, caught this one word change and noted the huge difference it made in the entire quote. this change was exposed and Jeff Davis name remains.

These are only two issues, we face many more issues day to day, but I believe you see my point, the slightest little misinformation casts far reaching ripples.

"You're part of this family whether you like it or not. Try to split to another town, we'll hunt you out to give you hugs. We just cain't abide without yall."

Yeah right with the business end of a gun in our face.
